One player can gather materials, another can assemble machinery and a third can test transport. Everyone should still understand the production layout and the purpose of each storage area. Otherwise the group cannot continue whenever the person who designed it is away.
Connect storage to a workshop or link two bases with a short route. Make sure everyone can use the paths and transport controls. Named stops, labelled storage and a place for shared supplies save time on every later session together.

No. You play on the shared Astra server. There is no need to buy hosting, configure ports or keep one friend’s computer running as the host.
Install Astra's own pack through MARALYS. Having the same Create mod is not enough to make a different pack compatible with the server.
Agree on storage locations, shared supplies and personal belongings. Label containers and divide the next tasks before starting several unrelated builds.
