1. Scope
These terms govern MCOIN packages, purchases with MCOIN, paid game features, privileges, subscriptions and hosting supplied by MARALYS.

The selected offer, these terms and the User Agreement define the content, price, duration, recipient, server, restrictions and delivery of a purchase. Material offer terms must be available before purchase confirmation.
By paying for an order or confirming a purchase with MCOIN after being given an opportunity to read these terms, the user accepts them for that acquisition. Independent purchases are available to adults under the User Agreement.
2. Checking purchases and payment
Before confirming, check the account and recipient, server, package or item, quantity, duration, price and payment method. You must be entitled to use the funds.
The MARALYS offer available before purchase confirmation determines the price. Statements by ordinary players or others not authorised to represent MARALYS do not change that price or create a right to discounts or extra acquisitions. This does not release MARALYS from its own offers or promises by authorised representatives.
Money payments are processed by a payment provider. Check bank fees, conversion and the final amount before confirming. A separate intentional repeat purchase is not a technical duplicate charge merely because the offers match. Each operation is reviewed individually.
Later catalog or price changes do not alter an existing order's agreed terms. Topping up MCOIN does not itself lock the price of a future separate purchase unless MARALYS expressly offers otherwise.
3. MCOIN top-ups
MCOIN is an internal MARALYS accounting unit, not money, a bank deposit, an electronic payment instrument or cryptocurrency, and is not intended to generate income.
A top-up purchases the offered MCOIN package. Crediting is automatic after successful payment confirmation. If delayed, check top-up history and contact support. Returning from checkout or receiving a bank debit notification does not itself confirm an MCOIN credit.
MARALYS fulfils its obligation to credit a package when the full quantity is credited to the account used for the order and made available for use under published terms. A displayed balance while the promised use is unavailable does not by itself establish proper fulfilment.
Topping up does not acquire every project feature or replace a separate item, privilege or hosting order. Completed crediting does not discharge MARALYS's obligations for separate acquisitions.
MARALYS does not withdraw or exchange MCOIN for roubles or other currency. This does not exclude statutory refunds of the original payment. Free bonus MCOIN has no separate purchase price and does not increase the amount of money actually paid.
4. MCOIN purchases, items and gifts
Confirming a purchase with MCOIN debits the stated quantity. A debit alone does not establish delivery.
A one-off provision is fulfilled when the item is actually delivered, the function activated or the relevant action performed for the specified recipient. Required steps such as joining a server must be disclosed before purchase. Storing a purchase in inventory for later activation does not mean that promised in-game delivery has occurred.
For a time-limited feature, activation begins provision, rather than fulfilling the entire future period. The offer defines when the period starts; waiting for delivery is not counted as use where the period is promised to start after delivery.
A gift purchase is fulfilled for the specified recipient. A later dispute between sender and recipient is not itself a MARALYS breach. Player-to-player MCOIN transfers also follow wallet rules; this document does not remove an existing option to cancel a transfer that is not yet complete.
Use, consumption, transfer or loss of an item under game rules published in advance does not mean MARALYS failed to deliver it. Technical errors and failure to provide what was promised are reviewed separately.
5. Privileges and donations
If payment provides an item, privilege, status, access or another defined feature, it is payment for that acquisition. Calling it a donation does not change its substance.
A privilege applies to the specified account, server and period and grants only the features listed in the offer. Unless expressly promised, a purchase does not guarantee victory, game income, a particular player population, other players' actions or future paid features.
Paid status does not exempt a user from project rules or justified sanctions. A top-up alone does not lift restrictions. Before buying on a restricted account, check its available actions. A separate unban purchase covers the restrictions described in its pre-purchase offer; independent bans of other accounts are not removed unless expressly included.
Seasonal limits, expiration on a wipe and other material restrictions must be stated before purchase and cannot be added retrospectively. Promised permanent availability cannot later be arbitrarily replaced with a limited period.
Separate voluntary support without a promised benefit, if available, is arranged separately from MCOIN and paid-feature purchases.
7. Refunds and corrections
MARALYS provides no additional voluntary money-back guarantee for a properly fulfilled acquisition merely because a user changes their mind, stops playing or no longer needs it. Refunds are provided where and to the extent required by applicable law.
Non-delivery, material defects, erroneous or unauthorised charges and other grounds are assessed for the specific operation. Where a statutory right to cancel an unfulfilled service applies, it remains subject to the statutory calculation rules.
Cancellation or correction of an MCOIN purchase may restore the corresponding balance debit. Refunding MCOIN for an internal purchase and refunding money for a top-up are separate operations. An internal credit does not replace a mandatory monetary refund where the user is entitled to one.
Review considers actual price, performance, used periods, benefits received and substantiated expenses that law permits taking into account. No arbitrary penalties apply to making a claim or cancelling a contract.
An unused balance does not itself automatically require refunding all top-ups. Partial use likewise does not exclude every claim concerning the remaining part.
Following a refund, associated MCOIN, items and rights may be proportionately adjusted within the law. Grounds and calculations are communicated to the user. The same amount is not compensated twice.
8. Restrictions, interruptions and changes
MARALYS may take measures permitted by rules and law against fraud, exploits, unauthorised access and other violations. Restrictions require grounds; a payment dispute alone does not establish user misconduct.
Maintenance, updates, game-balance changes and third-party outages are assessed by their cause, duration and impact on paid obligations. They do not automatically require refunding every past purchase.
If a promised paid feature is not provided, correction, recalculation or refund follows the purchase terms and law. Catalog changes, suspension, account deletion or project closure do not extinguish statutory claims concerning existing obligations.
9. Payment enquiries
Send requests to team@maralys.com. Include the account, order number if available, date, amount, acquisition, issue and requested resolution. If the order number is unknown, provide the available information to locate the payment.
MARALYS may request information necessary to identify the operation and verify the claimant's authority. Do not send passwords, CVV, full card numbers or confirmation codes. Hide unnecessary personal data in payment evidence.
Review considers payment-provider records, credits, debits, delivery and service records. Users may submit their own evidence and challenge the findings.
Requests are reviewed and lawful claims fulfilled within the applicable statutory deadlines. Internal checks do not extend mandatory deadlines. Refusals include reasons.
Money refunds normally use the original payment method. If that is impossible, a lawful alternative is agreed with the payer. These terms impose no additional MARALYS refund fee.
Contacting support does not limit access to a bank, competent authority or court, or introduce mandatory pre-action procedures where law does not require them.
10. Final provisions
These terms apply to operations placed after publication. Later versions do not retrospectively worsen earlier agreed purchases.
Russian law applies, preserving mandatory rules protecting the user. These terms operate only insofar as consistent with those rules. Nothing excludes MARALYS's statutory liability for its own breaches. An invalid clause does not invalidate the remaining lawful provisions.
