An order involves inputs, processing, storage and a journey to the recipient. If it requires dedicated transport, include that in the agreement. Collection at the factory and delivery across the map do not necessarily have the same cost or effort for either participant.
Confirm the shipment's contents, handover location and what is being exchanged for it. Do not dispatch cargo while the parties understand quantities differently. Keep the agreement in chat so both participants can check quantities and handover terms.
