Identify the stage that failed
Separate the stages: installing Maralys, downloading the pack, launching the game and connecting to Atlas. These are different problems. Check free disk space and download completion; use the server page for system requirements when they are published.

Open Atlas in Maralys and let offered updates finish. Check server status on its page. On Atlas, country selection may appear after authentication. If an arrival location is unavailable, try another country; this differs from a connection failure.
