1. Consent
I freely consent to the processing of my personal data to create and maintain MARALYS ID, provide game servers, secure the Service, deliver support and answer my requests. This is a pre-launch template and must not be offered for acceptance until the mandatory processing conditions are complete. This action remains separate from accepting the User Agreement.
2. Data and operations
The consent covers account, technical, game and support data described in the Privacy Policy, including Pixel Battle season, coordinates, colour, action time, history, contribution statistics and reports; SteamID/public Steam fields are included only after linking. It permits collection, recording, organisation, storage, update, retrieval, use, provision to instructed processors, blocking, deletion and destruction by automated and non-automated means. Public display of Pixel Battle authorship is governed by the User Agreement and Privacy Policy rather than an unrelated marketing consent.
3. Term and withdrawal
Consent lasts until its purposes are achieved or it is withdrawn, unless another legal ground requires processing. Withdraw in the account or at privacy@maralys.com. Previous lawful processing remains valid.
4. Confirmation
By selecting the separate checkbox I confirm that I am at least 18, have read the Policy, understand the purposes, data, actions, term and withdrawal method. MARALYS records the text version, time and technical evidence of the action.
