1. Requests
Use the account to request processing information, machine-readable export, correction, deletion or consent withdrawal. You may also contact the privacy address.
2. Identity and content
Provide the MARALYS ID/email, relationship to the Operator, request details and only the minimum identity evidence requested. Never send a password or unnecessary documents.
3. Handling
Requests are registered immediately. Access and responses are targeted within 10 working days, with a reasoned extension of no more than 5 working days where allowed. Supported correction or destruction of unnecessary/unlawfully obtained data is targeted within 7 working days. The account displays an earlier internal calendar deadline. Separate statutory periods apply to withdrawal and processing termination.
4. Limits and appeal
Some records may remain temporarily for law, accounting, security or claims and are blocked from incompatible use. Contact team@maralys.com. The Operator information required by law is provided to the verified data subject through the applicable request procedure. You may complain to Roskomnadzor or a court.
